I’m the founder of Founders Form, PC, a Silicon Valley law firm where I advise startups, founders, investors, funds, athletes, entertainers, and brands. I’ve spent nearly a decade working with emerging and growth companies, beginning my career at leading law firms including Cooley, Fenwick & West, and Morrison & Foerster before launching Founders Form. My practice covers the full lifecycle of a company — from formation, founder equity, hiring, and early commercial agreements through venture financings, corporate governance, strategic transactions, and M&A. Outside of traditional startup work, I advise athletes, entertainers, creators, and consumer brands on sponsorships, licensing, partnerships, IP, and other high-stakes commercial deals. My clients have included UFC champion Sean O’Malley and companies across technology, media, fitness, and consumer products. I approach legal work as a business advisor, not simply a document drafter. I try to understand what the client is actually trying to accomplish, explain the tradeoffs clearly, and give practical advice that helps them make a decision and keep moving. I also mentor founders through organizations including Techstars, Gener8tor, FoundersBoost, and Venture for America, and invest in startups and venture funds.
