Do you sell data or share it with advertisers?
No. Nothing you give the registry is sold, and it is not handed to advertisers or data brokers. The attorney roll is a public record and always was; what a visitor supplies is a different thing entirely and is used to do what they asked for.
The registry is paid by attorneys who choose a membership. That is the whole business model, and it is why nothing depends on selling what visitors bring.
