No. The directory order is mechanical and nobody can pay to move within it: records the attorney has claimed and verified come first, then every other record, each group by last name. Paid placement appears only in a band clearly labelled as sponsored, above and separate from that list, and the homepage section that shows members first says so. Markers on a record describe identity and membership, never quality.
