What information does the registry hold about me?

What you have given it: a case file if you filed one, the messages you sent, and the contact details you supplied so somebody could reply. If you have only searched and read, it holds no account or contact details, only the usage information any website records: pages viewed, device and browser, and an approximate location, as the privacy policy sets out.
