Why can't I reach a particular attorney?
The message box only appears when the official record holds an email address for that attorney, claimed or not. When it does not, use the phone number on the record if there is one; the record still shows what the official roll holds, so the attorney can also be looked up and contacted independently.
If an attorney has claimed their profile and simply has not replied, the registry cannot make them. It carries messages; it does not represent either side, and it has no standing to chase anyone.
If something about a record looks wrong rather than merely quiet, write to info@californiaattorneyregistry.com and a person will look at it.
