Does the registry take a cut of my fees?
No. The registry never takes any part of an attorney's fee, a client's recovery, or a fee division between attorneys. Optional memberships are flat monthly or annual prices for profile presentation and clearly labeled Sponsored placement; they are never charged per lead, case, client, or outcome.
Case Review and the Referral Exchange are free at every membership level; any fee division stays entirely between the attorneys.
The attorney and client make their own fee agreement. The registry is not a party to it and never holds client funds. Attorney-to-attorney fee divisions require their own agreement and client consent under CRPC 1.5.1.
