How do I add documents to my case?
Open your case and choose to add a file. On a phone the camera is offered, so a photo of a letter or a form works as well as a scan. Up to 10 files, each up to 8 MB.
- Open your case.
- Choose to add a document, then pick a file or take a photo.
- It appears on the case straight away. You can remove it whenever you like.
A clear photo is genuinely fine. There is no need to find a scanner, and a readable phone photo is better than waiting until you can make a perfect one.
