Why wouldn't my file upload?
One of three things: the case already holds 10 files, the file is over 8 MB, or it is not a PDF or a photo. Each is fixable in a moment, and nothing already attached was affected.
For a file that is too large, a photo taken at a lower resolution, or a PDF saved again with compression, almost always fits. Screenshots are usually small enough as they are.
For a format that is refused, taking a photo of the page works when the original file will not — a photo of a document is a document.
