How do I change or stop what I'm sent?
Every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately and needs nobody's help. For finer control, your notification settings page lists every kind separately, so you can keep what is useful and drop the rest rather than choosing all or nothing.
- Open your notification settings.
- Switch off anything you do not want. Changes apply straight away.
- For texts, reply STOP to any message, or use the switch on the same page.
Writing to the registry in your own words also works. An opt-out asked for in plain language is read by a person and honoured — you do not have to find the right button.
