How does billing work, trials, invoices, and my card?
Payment is handled by Stripe, so your card details are held by them and never by the registry. There is a free trial of 30 days on Gold Membership, with a card, and self-service membership is billed monthly; for yearly billing, talk to us. Invoices, payment methods and cancellation all live in the billing portal, which opens from your dashboard. A failed payment retries before anything lapses, and nothing is deleted if it does.
An assistant with profile access may open a new membership checkout during setup. Only the attorney can manage existing billing, view payment details, or accept a Diamond firm agreement.
Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it or it was stated at purchase, as the profile terms say; if you think you were charged wrongly, write to the registry and a person will look at it.
