How does billing work — trials, invoices, and my card?
Payment is handled by Stripe, so your card details are held by them and never by the registry. Invoices, payment methods and cancellation all live in the billing portal, which opens from your dashboard. A failed payment retries before anything lapses, and nothing is deleted if it does.
Billing is never delegable: it is not one of the areas team access covers, so an assistant cannot see or change your payment details. That is deliberate — a payment method is yours personally.
Trials, annual pricing and anything about a refund are shown in your membership section, which is authoritative for what you are on and what you would pay. Nothing here is a sales conversation; there are no sales calls, ever.
