How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel from the membership section of your dashboard. It takes effect immediately, there is no cancellation call, and your profile stays claimed on Free Claim — claiming is free forever and cancelling never un-claims it.
- Open your dashboard and go to the membership section.
- Choose to manage your membership; this opens the billing portal.
- Cancel there. The change applies straight away.
Features a paid membership included become dormant rather than deleted. Your profile, your claim, and your identity verification are unaffected.
