How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel from the billing portal, which opens from the membership section of your dashboard. You keep the membership until the end of the period you have paid for, and a trial cancelled before it ends is never charged. There is no cancellation call, and your profile stays claimed on Free Claim: cancelling never un-claims it.
- Open your dashboard and go to the membership section.
- Choose to manage your membership; this opens the billing portal.
- Cancel there. Your dashboard then shows the date the membership ends, and nothing further is charged.
When it ends, features a paid membership included become dormant rather than deleted. A Platinum place is released for somebody else and would have to be chosen again. Your profile, your claim, and your identity verification are unaffected.
