What do the memberships include?
There are four levels: Free Claim, Gold Membership, Platinum Membership and Diamond Membership. Free Claim costs nothing, forever, and includes claim and control your official-record profile; blue identity verification against your state bar record; clients reach you by call button and the registry's private message relay: your email is never published; monthly engagement summary: how often you were viewed and contacted; and a “listed on the california attorney registry” badge linking to your profile. Every fee is flat and published, never per case and never a percentage of anything.
Gold Membership is $99 a month and adds your card on the free and unclaimed attorney profiles in your county and practice area, the pages most visitors from google arrive on, under a heading such as “gold members practicing family law in los angeles county”, with your name, city and published photograph, linking to your profile; gold marker and frame on your profile and every roster appearance; live engagement analytics: profile views, calls, and messages, updated daily; featured in the sponsored band on your county and practice pages: shown above unclaimed and free profiles; email alerts when new matters enter the review pool, with the practice area and county for your saved interests. case review itself is free at every level; the alert is the member benefit; your profile on the homepage: “counsel on the record” shows only attorneys with a published photograph, and members are shown first; team access: give your admin or assistant their own sign-in to run your referrals, case requests, profile, and notifications; you choose what, and can revoke anyone instantly; cancel anytime. site search and the neutral county and practice directories are never ordered by membership; approved profile faq: up to five questions on how your practice works, shown on your profile and in its search markup; and a share card for linkedin and other networks with your name, your bar number and the gold frame.
Platinum Membership includes everything in Gold, plus labelled placement above Gold in one county and practice area you choose, which has 3 places, and a labelled place in site search. Diamond Membership is for a firm: labelled placement across its practice statewide, first in every sponsored band, and the only labelled link to the firm's own website.
A membership buys presentation and clearly labelled placement. It never changes the neutral directory order below the labelled band, and it is never a quality signal. Claiming your profile costs nothing and never requires paying.
