What is team access?
Team access lets staff work in your practice under their own sign-in rather than sharing yours. You grant areas one at a time: there are 4: referral exchange, case requests, profile and notifications, and you can withdraw any of them at any time.
Each person has their own account and their own sign-in link. Nothing is shared, and every action is attributable to whoever took it.
Team access comes with Gold Membership and above. Grants stay in place if a membership ends, and work again when there is one.
Two things are never delegable, whatever is granted: attesting to a conflict check, and signing a fee-division agreement. Those stay with you.
