Why didn't my matter import work?
Usually the export has columns the registry does not recognise, which are discarded rather than guessed at — a mis-read matter is worse than a missing one. Re-exporting with clearer headings, or trimming to the columns you actually need, is normally all it takes.
If you are signed in as staff rather than as the attorney, the import may also be an area your team access does not cover.
