Why can't I see or take up cases?
Taking up a matter needs all of these: profile claimed and identity verified, active California licence and published profile. Your dashboard names whichever one is missing and what to do about it. A matter also leaves the list when 5 attorneys already hold it, or when the client accepts someone's terms or withdraws it.
None of this depends on a membership. An empty list usually means nothing is open for the filters you have set; widen them, or turn on alerts if your level includes them.
