How do I get back into my case file?
There is no password. Ask for a sign-in link on the case sign-in page with the email you filed with, and press the link in the email. A sign-in link lasts 20 minutes; the confirmation link sent when you file lasts 3 days. Each works once.
- Open the case sign-in page.
- Enter the email address you gave when you filed.
- Open the email and press the link. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check spam, then ask for another.
For privacy, the page says the same thing whether or not an address has a case file, so it cannot be used to find out whether somebody filed one. If you are an attorney, sign in from the login page with the contact on your official record.
