What happens when I file a case?
You describe the problem and it becomes a file only you control. Attorneys choose whether to read it — nothing is assigned to anyone, and the registry never picks somebody for you. If one wants to take it up, they respond and you decide whether to engage them.
Filing a case does not create an attorney-client relationship, and what you write is not confidential or privileged. Do not include anything you would not want read by somebody who has not agreed to represent you.
You can change your file, add to it, or take it down at any point, and you never have to accept any response you receive.
