Who can see my case?
You, and only if you asked for review, California attorneys who choose to read it, at most 5 at a time. It is never published, never indexed by search engines, and never shown on the public site. Anything you attach, up to 10 files, opens only for you and an attorney holding your matter.
Your name, email and phone stay masked while attorneys read it: they reply on the registry and you are told. You can allow direct contact from attorneys who have responded, and switch back whenever you like. When you accept an attorney, your contact details are shared with that attorney.
Nothing you write is confidential or privileged until an attorney has agreed to represent you. The privacy described here is about who can open the file, which is not the same protection.
