How do I start a membership?
Claim your profile first (that part is free), then press Start Gold on the screen that follows, or in the membership section of your dashboard. There is a free trial of 30 days on Gold Membership: you add a card at checkout and are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. There is no call with anybody.
- Sign in and open the membership section of your dashboard.
- Press Start Gold. Gold Membership is the self-service level, billed monthly.
- Add a card in the checkout. The membership starts at once and the first charge comes when the trial ends.
- For Platinum Membership or Diamond, press Talk to us instead: a Registry director arranges the level with you.
Already a member and changing level? That happens from the same section without a new checkout: the new level applies straight away and the difference for the rest of the period is invoiced at once.
You never have to pay to keep your profile or your verification. Claiming is free forever; a membership adds presentation and labelled placement to a profile you already own.
